|Recommended: YesI must thank Yanira, Shannon, BJ, Juan and Mario for a great experience for the past 3 years and a renewal of our lease. We never saw a more efficient mainence crew Juan and Maro that always PROMPTLY resolves any even the smallest issue. The grounds and pool area are always beautifully kept and garbage always put in order by the dumpsters. We have meet some great people living here and are happy to call this community home Thank you Waters Edge I really enjoy coming home to my new beautiful place
